Interval Relay

Spice up a workout day with some friends and run a interval relay race. A spin on the Saysky running brand's populare race format teams of 3 will be completing 15x1k loops @ Westmoreland Park. This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Baton) and GYOS (get your own splits) Race. And it is highly encouraged to coordinate colors with your teammates to help find each other in the exchange zones. Meet @ The square Duck Pond at 6pm for race instructions. The Course Map is wonky because this app doesnt allow for manual map.
